Reporting to: Woodmill Frames ManagerDepartment: Woodmill FramesJob Purpose: Produce CNC Machine programs utilising materials, machinery and best product yield.Key AttributesMust have a key eye for Detail and show Computer Literate skills. Knowledge of Alphacam is desirable. Must be able to work individually to work towards team goals. Be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to keep up with production deadlines.Key Role Accountabilities

• Produce & prove router programs for product strike off
• Produce & prove machine programs

Key tasks / responsibilitiesWorking with the Production and design team, the key roles is to view development frames and work together to make them mass production friendly. We then have to produce CNC programs for the new parts for production. We have to keep the relevant documentation up to date using Microsoft office.We have another machine within the Woodmill that requires programming. This is to help with accurately producing birch rails.
