Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Manage correspondence via email and phone
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Support with the creation of reports and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Maintain a high level of organisation within the office environment

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Administrator Should Have

  • Experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Ideally will have experience in the construction sector
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team
