We have an opportunity on our busy Welcome Team, based at Stapleford.
The successful candidate will work on our busy switchboard team, acting as the first point of call for all calls coming in to the Sandicliffe Group.
You will have the ability to handle a high volume of calls, multi-task and remain focused, the last call of the day should be as good as the first.
Communication must be efficient and friendly at all times.
The ideal candidate:
- Customer Service experience either via the phone or face to face in any industry
- Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent would be desirable however experience will also be a consideration
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused
- PC literate
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Positive outlook and working attitude
- Flexibility to cover all shifts between 8am and 6pm during the week and 8am – 1pm on a Saturday.
The successful candidate must be able to work 24 hours per week between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday on a rota, with the ability to be flexible as per the above, if needed.
