Job Description

Recruitment Solutions are currently looking to recruit a number of Waste Porters to join our prestigious client based in Headington, Oxfordshire. A porter would be responsible for maintaining cleanliness both internally and externally. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the appearance of the facility
  • Transport waste around the premises using a bespoke waste utility vehicle
  • Help with the loading and unloading of goods as necessary
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
  • Assist the general public with general enquiries, when required.

Candidate Expectations:

  • Must hold a valid & in date UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Valid & In Date DBS is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Days, Hours & Salary:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 6am - 2pm, then moving to shift work after training
  • £11.45 per hour
  • Weekly Pay, Every Friday
