Reporting to:
Director – Intelligent Asset Management (iAM)

Key Aim:
Monitor and drive the reliability growth program in collaboration with the core Project Team. Strong, effective representation of Field Services in the core Project Team organization.

Requirements
Essential
Education & Qualifications
Time served in an engineering discipline or have significant technical and theoretical knowledge.

Desirable

QRQC related qualification.
Engineering degree.
HND Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Essential

Good knowledge and experience of QRQC.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Good product knowledge on most of the Wabtec products.
Excellent communication skills at all levels within Wabtec & Customer organisations
Able to drive and influence colleagues to push the quality agenda.
Organised and able to manage multiple issues.
IT literate and conversant with Microsoft office, & ability to learn IT Quality/Engineering tools i.e. WIM, Movex, ECM, ECR.
Excellent Problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude to change.
Able to work autonomously.

Desirable

Experience in the rail industry.
Warranty control background.
Extensive experience quality management system assessment and ISO compliance assessments.
Awareness of continuous improvement tools.
Time served mechanical fitter.
