The role of Warehouse Team Manager Nights in Cannock will involve:

• Managing the team effectively on a daily basis.
• Appropriately allocating tasks to colleagues.
• Training, coaching and mentoring the team.
• Performance management of the team.
• Ensuring Health & Safety is being adhered to.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Warehouse Team Manager Nights will have:

• Experience managing and leading warehouse teams.
• The ability to communicate and motivate the team effectively.
• Knowledge of Heath & Safety.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Previous experience in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.

Preferred:

• A background working in FMCG/Food Distribution.
