Position: Team Manager Day Shift
Location: Bridgwater, Morrisons

Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:45am - 17:00p
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7, must be able to work weekends

• Responsible for between 30 and 40 colleagues whilst on shift
• Responsible for the health and safety of colleagues
• Performance management and ongoing team development
• Plan team resource to achieve operational requirement
• Achieve agreed KPI’s

• Warehouse or logistics background – beneficial, not essential
• Team leader experience – Essential
• PC literate and knowledge of Microsoft Excel – essential
• Comfortable holding meetings and staff briefing when required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
