Our Amazon site in Daventry is looking for a Team Leader to join the team. The purpose of the role is to deliver clear operational direction, leadership and development to the operations team ensuring that the specified performance levels are constantly met. This is a full-time permanent position, working 4 on 4 off, 19.00-07.00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,150 per annum. In addition, we offer 22 days holiday as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.


What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Deliver clear operational direction, leadership, and development to your team of operational staff
  • Closely monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our SLAs
  • Carry out team briefings and general staff communication
  • Work closely alongside the inventory team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • Previous experience in managing a team in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process
  • Confidence in the use of a warehouse management system
  • The ability to effectively lead and manage a large team
