Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our new site in Chesterfield. This is a permanent role working Monday – Friday.

The successful candidate will supervise warehouse colleagues to meet and exceed operational requirements for our customer. This will involve the management of your warehouse colleagues within your area of the operation and adhesion to contractual and operational KPIs.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Daily management of your team of Warehouse Operatives
  • Driving KPIs and performance throughout your team ensuring that our contractual requirements are met
  • Ensuring that your team receive the necessary training and development requirements
  • Developing and managing an effective returns process to ensure accordance with our customer’s expectations


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Previous experience operating at team leader level within a logistics/ warehousing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements
