Are you an experience Warehouse Operative looking for a new challenge? Perhaps you’ve wondered what life was like out on the road but without being a Driver? Or maybe, you have experience working as a Drivers Mate and are looking to join an organisation that values its people and promotes career progress? Did you answer yes? Here at GXO, we’re currently looking for Drivers Mates to join our team in Thatcham. Partnering with a well-known brewery brand, you’ll be working a minimum of 40 hours per week, covering Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Carry out deliveries on a multi-drop basis
  • Support in the navigation to and from site locations
  • Always ensure that delivery paperwork is completed accurately and on-time


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • An understanding of health & safety
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer service driven
