Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Goods In Team Leader / Supervisor to work for our busy, well known, Clay Cross client on a temporary to permanent basis.Working within the goods in area of a fast paced warehouse, supervising a team of operatives, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of products coming in to the warehouse for storage. You must have a counter balance FLT license to be considered for this position. Your duties will include:Organising deliveries coming in to the warehouse via goods inSupervising a team / supporting and motivating / problem solvingCompleting necessary paperwork to book the products in to their allocated racking spaces Checking deliveries to ensure they are as expected Supporting the team in putting products into storage using a FLTOther general warehouse duties About you:You carry a counterbalance FLT as a minimum (reach is beneficial)You have supervisory experience in a warehouse environmentYou are looking for long term / permanent work You are hard working / team player with an approachable natureThe
