Extrastaff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Corby.

This busy firm can offer a position for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and lead their current team. The role will be managing up to 34 members of staff and implementing structure and change within the site.

Job Role

Managing a team of 34 members of staff and liaising with multiple departments

Managing KPIS on site according to clients needs

Implementing H&S and processes on site

Managing rotas and staff attendance and training

Intermediate PC skills

Good communication skills

Day shifts Monday to Friday working 40 hours per week

Temp to perm role paying £15.00per hour whilst temping then up to £36,000per annum perm.

Experience Required:

A background within logistics and FMCG

Managed a team of atleast 20 staff before

Dealt with multiple clients and systems

Have good pc skills

Upskilled staff and implemented development for the team

Excellent communication skills alongside good time management

Must Drive and have Full UK Driving licence
