Salary: £ 38,000
Shift Pattern/Start Time: Rotational-Morning and Late any 5 from 7
Location: Runcorn
Contract Type: Permanente (Full-Time) 40 hours

What does this job involve?

Ensure the site health, safety and environmental policy is effectively deployed

Responsible to ensure the necessary resources are made available for its implementation via nominated colleagues

Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to the team

Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader

Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership

Track team and individual performance of the employees.

We are looking for people who:
First line management experience

Previous warehouse management experience

Strong communications skills

Ability to manage change processes

Ability to deliver results under stress

Act independently without direct supervision
