Ideal Recruit are looking for warehouse operatives in Newcastle under Lyme area for a well established company.The position is on going and it involves various duties in the warehouse such as:Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperworkTaking responsibility for a company’s freight and assets by reporting any suspicious activity at workStoring and rotating stock according to established proceduresReporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Managers or SupervisorsKeeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipmentFollowing workplace health and safety rules when handling goodsEnsuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedulesAssisting with warehouse inventory controls, which typically involves using a hand-held scannerTreating merchandise with care and concern at all timesPaletizing productsPPT drivingIt is working in a fast paced environemnt, hanling larger or heavier objects.Day shiftDays: 5 out of 7Hour of work: 06:00 - 17:00 ( Flexibility is required)Duties: Loading/unloading; goods in/goods outNight ShiftDays: 5 out of 7Hours of work: 19:00 - 05:00 ( Flexibility is required)Duties: Picking and PPt driving, end of chutes (training provided on site)For any other details or to apply: (phone number removed) or (phone number removed)
