MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE – IMMEDIATE START

Position: Warehouse Colleagues
Location: Scunthorpe, Nisa Retail
Salary: £10.20ph - £20.40ph OTE PLUS £2 per hour shift premium for Nights (2200 – 0600hrs) and weekends (Sat & Sun 0600 – 2200hrs) PLUS performance bonus of up to £1.35 per hour

Shifts Available:

Full Time – Permanent- 40 hours a week –shifts (2x12hrs weekend and 2x 8hrs weekdays). Part time contract also available for this shift.

Full Time – Permanent- 40 hours a week – (any 5 from 7) morning and late. Part time contract also available for this shift

Part Time – Permanent- 20 hours a week – Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm.

Key Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Operating in a safe manner, picking our customer’s orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Physical demands of manual handling packaged groceries stock, including food and drink, which requires standing for long periods of time using mechanical equipment and may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping and reaching and/or lifting in line with H&S rules.

Now, here’s what we need from you:

  • Must be able to pick and pack at pace with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be hard-working, reliable, enthusiastic and have a can do attitude,
  • Ability to listen to understand and follow verbal directions/instructions received from a headset and read written work procedures and safety rules
  • Accurately count and perform simple math calculations
  • Warehouse experience is preferred although full training will be given
  • Must be willing to undertake a drugs and alcohol test
