Here at XPO Thatcham, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team, supporting a well-known brewery brand, you’ll be working 40 hours per week on an ‘any 5 from 7 day’ shift pattern, predominately covering Monday to Friday on either a 06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00 fixed shift. Pay, benefits and more:


We’re looking to offer a salary of £20,408.39. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Operate MHE (LLOP & Clamp Truck) in-line with training policies
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Manual sortation of kegs
  • Customer order picking
  • Guarantee a safe working environment by following all health & safety policies


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • A ‘can do’ attitude with flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work on own imitative and as part of a team
  • Previous MHE experience would be advantageous
  • A hunger to succeed – this could be the start of a fantastic career with us!
