We’re currently looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Wellingborough on both a full and part-time basis, supporting our customer’s Whitbread and Costa Coffee. Our operation is 24/7 so we have many shift patterns available to suit. Are you wanting a role to kickstart your career? This could be the one for you! No experience required as full training will be provided!


Pay, benefits and more:


Here at XPO we’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,174.50 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Work in a multi-temperature environment
  • Picking goods into totes and cages using a voice recognition system – full training will be provided
  • Able to work to health & safety standards
