JOB SUMMARY

The Role:

Lesters Logistics, the complete solutions provider, have an opportunity for Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join the business.

Key Responsibilities

• General warehousing activities to maintain a highly organised and well run warehouse
• Checking in, moving and stacking stock expertly utilising warehousing space and storing in the correct locations/racking
• Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery according to customer demands.
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Performing warehousing inventory controls
• Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any faults or wear and tear
• Spot lorries and allocate stock as needed
• Work in a safe and efficient manner adhering to traffic management procedures and speed limits on site at all times.
• General housekeeping duties and any other duties that are within your capabilities

Role Requirements

• Must hold a full, valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and Reach)
• You must be prepared to follow Company instructions and adapt when plans change
• You should be able to communicate well and build effective working relationships
• You must be able to work well under pressure
• Must be enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable
• You must be able to be flexible to work additional hours as and when required

We are looking for an individual who is dynamic and can adapt as the Company push for significant growth, therefore a minimum of 3 years warehousing experience would be desirable but naturally, all candidates will be considered on their own merits.

• Pay: From £10.42 - £11.50 per hour dependent on experience.
• Location: Unit 2a Weddington Terrace, Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV10 0AG
