Blue Arrow is recruiting an Operations Agent to work for our client based near Manchester Airport.
The role is initially temporary but may become permanent for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who has previous office-based experience in a warehouse environment, who is confident with dealing with customers face to face or over the telephone.

Duties / responsibilities include serving customers on reception, answering phone calls internally and externally, responding to emails, and any other associated duties.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 10.30am - 19.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch.

Rate of pay is £11.78 per hour and overtime is £14.28 per hour

This role will require 5-year employment history and will be subject to a basic DBS being completed.
