Reporting into the Senior Fleet Specialist the Warehouse - Associatewill help to grow and improve our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Coordinating with regional associates to continuously improve partner driver performance
• Liaising with our Partner Drivers and colleagues around the world from the moment they apply
• Supporting Partner Drivers with any questions or concerns they may have, such as onboarding, payment questions, and contract issues
• Taking charge of investigating driver errors and supporting/ disciplining drivers, where required
• Responding to ongoing driver queries, issues, and feedback and managing driver performance
• Responsible for matching driver supply to client demand
• Project-based improvements - lead and take ownership of any given project for improving how Laundryheap operates
• Lead, support, and develop one of our three regional teams
• Picking orders
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Stock checking
• General housekeeping duties
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach overhead
• Be flexible and perform duties asked by a supervisor or team lead
• Handle goods in a clean and safe manner
• Transfer material from shelves, conveyors, pallets, cages or dollies to meet the standard needs of shipments
• Check and count for quality and accuracy
• May be required to work extra hours on-demand, including weekends
• Ability to frequently carry upto 25 pounds (10 kgs)

Requirements:

• Be data-driven and passionate about problem-solving
• Willing to learn a business from the ground up and not be afraid to champion/promote your ideas
• An ability to work independently and take ownership
• Calm and composed under pressure
• Strong command of the English language
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Previous experience in operations and logistics is a big plus!
• Previous experience in a startup is a big plus!
