In brief

We are looking for a first-rate co-ordinator to join our team. As Tour Co-ordinator you will share responsibility for ensuring that our walking and cycling tours run smoothly. You will be based at our premises in Hay on Wye, but the role could involve delivering/collecting bikes and meeting/greeting customers in different locations around Wales. You will frequently be the first point of contact for tour customers, both in person and by phone/online, and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding their expectations. You will be working closely and communicating with the rest of the team on a daily basis, but often working independently without direct supervision.
