We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our Service based in Lostwithiel on a permanent, part time basis (27 hours a week). Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays.

The waking night shift is 22:00-07:00, however, the ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to also work day shifts when required on a 07:00-14:30 and 14:30-22:00 shift.

You will do everything from supporting people with their daily living tasks with things like finances, administering medicines, cooking and supporting them to live the lives they want to live. The people we support enjoy accessing their community to participate in their favourite activities, including: shopping, going to the gym, swimming and watching a movie at the local cinema. You will work in a team focused on delivering the absolute best care and support, where everyone understands exactly what needs to happen to get the best results – this is where the magic really happens.

Be a reliable presence during evening and weekends, engaging individuals in meaningful activities and helping them maintain routines. Sleep in support is also required, ensuring the safety and comfort of individuals while they sleep.
