Area Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and professional Administrator to join our team in Rochdale, which will then be reviewed. Working Thursday & Friday, flexible 15 hrs per week.

Working effectively and collaboratively as part of a team you will deliver a high quality, efficient and professional customer service supporting management teams across the area.

Duties include collating and coordinating information and data for managers in a timely manner, assisting with the smooth running of operations including diary management, HR Recruitment, minute taking, supporting events and business processes. You will also be expected to deal with ad hoc projects as required.

A self-motivated and competent administrator, you will have proven experience of working in a similar/related role. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be confident using MS Office products. The ability to manage and prioritise workloads, maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst working at speed to meet deadlines is vital.
