This is an exciting new role to build on the support communities have shown to care home residents during the recent challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The role will be working within the Trust Volunteering Team specifically with care homes.

This is an opportunity to help shape and create new volunteering roles in partnership with local care homes.

You will be overseeing the general running of some key volunteering roles linking care homes to the local community and being the "go to person" if the volunteer needs advice, fully supported by the Volunteering Team. Ensuring the volunteers are delivering a welcoming and professional greeting service and acting as key point of contact.

Providing administrative support to the volunteering team in aiding the recruitment, and resuming of volunteers in key volunteering role.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check and you will need to be fully vaccinated.
