Do you have finance skills ? Would you like to become part of a friendly dynamic local community organisation whilst imparting these skills ? The Museum finance ream are looking to recruit a volunteer administrator to assist with issuing invoices and overseeing administration associated with the Room Hire business and Sponsorship. This will include monitoring payments and some credit control. There will be an extended hand over period with the current occupant of this role which will enable you to gradually settle in.

We are looking for someone who has experience and knowledge of BACS. You will also have knowledge and use Microsoft Office Word and Excel spreadsheets. You will have access to email. This role also requires an organised person with good communication skills

The times for this role are flexible. You will be able to work from the Museum or home once settled into the role
