Help with the financial management to sustain, manage and develop the Beehive Community & Arts venue at strategic level. Working with a small friendly team of Trustee/Directors to achieve the objectives of the charity.

What will you be doing?
  • We are seeking a Finance Trustee/Director with the knowledge and understanding to maintain an oversight of the charity’s finance activities and who will understand our needs and the challenges we face.
  • Has up to date knowledge and experience of charity finance.
  • To ensure finances are lawful and conform to GAAP.
  • Has experience in strategic financial management and business development
  • To manage cash flow including measures to increase short term financial resilience
  • To provide financial forecasts and advise on options, approaches and strategies
  • To attend monthly Board meetings at the Beehive
  • To attend/liaise between meetings as necessary. Approximately 5-10 hours per month
