But if you know your way round professional film cameras, been involved in end-to-end video production…Then I’ve got your back, I’ve got the job for you.

This is an agency side role so; all your clients will be different and will have different needs. Now the agencies client list ranges from huge retail brands all the way huge sports names. With success comes growth, with growth means new people.

By new people I am speaking about you. Their new Videography Lead, that’s right. You may not know this yet but after applying for this role, you will get a call. A call leads to an interview and an interview leads to your new glitzy job.

So as the new Videography Lead, what will you be doing? Well, I am glad you asked.

It’s your job to lead the creative media department. Be the go-to person for all things creative but also be the go-to for your team as well. It’s your job to encourage, motivate but all bring out the creative flair in all your team members.

You will be producing video content, storyboards, filming and editing. You know it, you will be leading it from the front.

So, what do you need to be able to do this job? Well, I am not going to exhaust you with 1000s of bullet points. But I’ll give you an understanding and then we can talk more on the phone about it.

You need to have dealt with end-to-end video production. That is pretty much a must here…That would be with professional film cameras as well.

Being creative I know I know, it comes second nature to you. This is important in this role, no rushing for that perfect shot…Time and patience, something I know you have anyway.

You also need to be technically minded. You will be handling a lot of technical equipment at the end of the day.
