Ideal role this is for someone at an Executive/Manager level looking to make that step to Head of within an agency environment.

The agency comes with a backlog of glitzy clients that you get to be in front of. Without sounding cliché as well, they have more awards that Brad Pitts award cupboard…Which is something I imagine he has…right?

You need to work here if you are looking for a pace, a pace which is quick BUT still reasonable. They are at the top of the charts when it comes in reinvesting in technology…they at the end of the day want to make your life as easy as possible. They have had success, recent and in the past. Because of that, that’s where you come in.

As the new Head of Digital.

Well in order for this to happen you need to have been pretty hands on when it comes to all things SEO. That’s all the way from the planning stage all the way to executing SEO Campaigns.

You will also have been involved in analysing those campaigns. Making sure you spot trends and insights from the get-go.

Basically, digital marketing needs to be your passion. Providing an A* service is going to be one of the most important things as Head of Digital.

You will see you clients as collaborative partners. It’s your job to get the best results for them. We all know you can do it, that’s why you’ve read this far…Am I wrong?
