Through continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative Video Content Producer to join our Sales and Marketing team on a permanent basis delivering a range of video content across multiple channels.

Paleo Ridge was established in 2014 and has been on an incredible journey to become our industry’s leader in high-quality, raw dog food. We are renowned for offering the highest quality raw pet food products available on the market today. Alongside this, we have become well known for our ethical stance and environmental focus, innovating at every juncture.

Reporting to the Paid Media & SEO Manager, the role requires an artistic, imaginative, and innovative individual, with experience delivering high-quality engaging, entertaining and informative content.

The successful candidate will be a versatile video content creator who can conceptualise and deliver stand-out videos as well as spot and jump on opportunities for video creation. The candidate must be comfortable taking projects from an initial concept to the final visual product and thrive in busy and fast-paced environments.

We are dog lovers, with dogs in and around the office, we would like for the successful candidate to capitalise on this, making impromptu and spontaneous videos with our dogs for our channels whenever possible.

*Please note that we are based in Waterlooville, Hampshire, so YOU MUST be able to commute to this location

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Produce and design engaging and captivating videos to drive reach and engagement across all channels.
• Develop creative concepts - storyboard, script, and direct for landmark videos
• Opportunistically create spontaneous videos for social media
• Clearly communicate project plans to all stakeholders
• Asset management
• Produce videos for promotions, information, and education – interviews, soundbites, business updates, event documentation, etc.
• Ownership of YouTube and TikTok channel
• Work with subject matter experts to produce new content designed to help our customers across a range of channels
• Ensure that all the content meets the brand, style, and tone of voice standards.
• Work to tight deadlines, to juggle competing workloads and deadlines.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience and passion in video editing, design, and delivery
• Ability to “think outside the box” to make unique and engaging videos
• Experience in making animations is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Great organisational skills - ability to schedule multiple projects with tight deadlines
• A great portfolio of relevant projects
• Experience using Premiere pro, Aftereffects, or similar industry-standard tools
• Experience of social media, best practices, and specifications (ideally YouTube and TikTok)
• Excellent written and communication skills,
• Self-motivated with a good eye for detail
