Job Description

Bristol Street Motors are recruiting Technicians to join our teams! We have some great opportunities for Vehicle Technicians to join us across our Peugeot, Hyundai and Mitsubishi sites in Banbury!

We are offering competitive basic salaries up to £37,740 and OTE’s up to £41,740 depending upon skills and experience!

As a Vehicle Technician you will be a key member of our team, maintaining vehicles to the high standards as set out in our Health and Safety policy, carrying out inspections, repairs and services and handling and storing parts.

In addition you will be required to deliver an outstanding customer experience. As we have numerous opportunities, we would love to talk to you if your experience is from an independent dealer or volume franchise dealer.

The packages we are offering are dependent upon experience and MOT Licences however, you can expect packages as below:
  • Service and Maintenance Technician - Basic salary up to £32,700 OTE up to £36,700
  • Service and Diagnostic Technician - Basic salary up to £35,220 OTE up to £39,220
  • Senior Technician - Basic salary up to £30,740 OTE up to £41,740
To Become a Member Of The Bristol Street Motors Team You Will Need The Following

  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • A full Driving Licence
  • Your own full set of Tools
