Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum plus benefits

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday working hours (8:45 AM to 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities as a Vehicle Leasing Consultant:

  • Communicate effectively with business and private clients, providing them with expert advice and information on vehicle leasing options.
  • Utilise provided leads to generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Demonstrate a passion for offering exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Input customer information accurately into multiple platforms.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client queries.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging attitude to create a pleasant and professional customer experience.

Requirements as a Vehicle Leasing Consultant:

  • Previous knowledge in a similar role, ideally within vehicle leasing, car sales, or showroom sales.
  • Excellent customer service and telesales skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to input information accurately and efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • An engaging and positive personality, with a genuine interest or passion in cars being an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
