Here at XPO Wellingborough, we’re looking for Van Drivers to join us, working in partnership with our customer, Costa Coffee. Playing a part in making the nation smile, you’ll be delivering a variety of food and drink to retail stores around the UK. You don’t need to have done the job before as all training will be provided!

Pay, benefits and more:

Day shift roles £23,970.11 per year

• 
  Rate of pay Monday to Friday £9.35
• Saturday and Sunday rate of pay £10.25 per hour

Night shift roles £26,289.03 per year

• 
  Rate of pay Monday to Friday £10.40
• Saturday and Sunday rate of pay £11.00 per hour

Due to this work being a multi drop of up to 20 drops per day, an additional payment of £0.50 per drop over 5 drops will also be made (subject to review). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Delivery by tote/sack barrow into the store (stock put away if no staff on site)
• Get involved in risk assessment activity for sites and delivery locations
• Complete up to 15 drops per day, ensuring the safe and legal operation of your vehicle at all times

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  A full UK driving licence
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
