Be-IT are working with a company who play a key role in the US healthcare sector and are seeking talented, innovative, and collaborative individuals to join their continuous growing team as a Senior UX Consultant and UX Team Lead!

You will work collaboratively with Engineers, Product Managers, and Analyst, as well as your fellow Uxers. Collectively, you will drive and manage end-to-end UX projects and create, test, and iterate elegant data driven tools and products that have the user at the forefront of interest. You will be responsible for planning and implementing large scale projects, involving multiply teams, as well as mentor more junior members of the UX team to support their development and ensure the work is carried out to an exceptional standard.

You should have exceptional experience in either UI design, visual design or UX design and a strong track record of working in a UX role from either customer side or agency setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to a wide range of audiences are essential in this role with a strong interest in design, technology and an eye looking towards the future.
