Are you a Scrum Master seeking a new opportunity? Are you looking for increased autonomy to implement fully Agile practices from a business who value and understand your role?

You have the opportunity to join a Glasgow based business with over 50 years of successful trading under their belts, to play a key role in future progression by shaping and championing their Agile framework.

Within your daily duties you will be responsible for conducting Scrum ceremonies including standups, spring planning and retrospectives.

You’re role will be instrumental as the organisation rapidly expand and build on their IoT and software design functions as you coordinate directly with the development team leads and product owners

In order to be successful in this position the ideal candidate will have a proven history of successful in Agile implementation/coordination and be able to communicate well on Scrum principles. Any experience within project management or Prince 2 certification would be highly desirable

This is a Glasgow based position with a hybrid working model between home and office working
