Join this leading financial services company as a UX Designer within their investment devision as they continue to innovate and expand their digital offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • User Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience.
    • Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve the user experience.
  • Information Architecture and Wireframing:
    • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to outline and test the structure and functionality of digital products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Figma Expertise:
    • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Figma to create and share design assets, collaborate with team members, and maintain design consistency.
    • Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Design System Development:
    • Establish and maintain a design system that includes components, patterns, and guidelines for a cohesive and scalable user interface.
    • Collaborate with UI and development teams to implement and evolve the design system.
  • UI Design:
    • Enhance the visual appeal and usability of digital products through thoughtful and visually engaging UI designs.
    • Correct the look and feel of applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user interface.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
    • Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer in a financial services or related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and user testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI projects, including design process and outcomes.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • A few years of experience in UX design for digital products
