Job Title: Unqualified SEND Teaching Assistant

Pay: £12- £13.50 per hour

About The Role

I am currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work in a specialist school to support children with additional needs such as autism, challenging behaviours and social, emotional and mental health needs. You will be required to work within group and 1:1 settings with a range of ages and levels of learning.

Your daily routine will involve adapting activities and working alongside pupils to make their time in school as beneficial and productive as possible.

Our main aim is to offer the best possible support to pupils. In order to be successful for this role a nurturing, patient and empathetic attitude will be essential.

About The School

This SEND school is based in the Street area. They support diverse group of pupils with a range of complex learning needs, social and emotional difficulties and challenging behaviours.

This school is looking for someone who thinks on their feet, is reliable, willing to go the extra mile and build positive relationships with students. Alongside this having a fun and energetic personality.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 3:30 either on a fixed term or temp to perm contract.
