Job title: Unified Communications Engineer (Voice / Teams / Audiocodes)

Location: 100% Remote Role with visits to customer site in Newbury

Salary: £70,000 to £85,000k depending on experience

A high-profile global telecom business is looking for a Unified Communications Engineer with experience of voice solutions on Teams or Audiocodes.

The role can be 100% remote, with occasional travel to the client site in Newbury so they offer a great work / life balance.

It is a great time to be joining the business as they are investing heavily in multiple large-scale Teams & Audiocodes implementations. Your role will be a mix of mainly project work and implementation, but also some technical support of the end client.

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience as a Unified Comms Engineer / Voice Engineer / Voip Engineer or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams UC Voice
• Knowledge on Audiocodes SBC, ARM & OVO
• Previous experience in IT Support / Customer support.
• Excellent communication skills and able to be customer facing
• Able to work independently
