Digby Morgan are excited to be partnering with a well established and reputable organisation, seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join their transforming HR function.

Joining a large and well recognised organisation, this role is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to hit the ground running. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow your skills and experience as a true Generalist while also getting involved in HR projects.

You will be responsible for all aspects of HR including ER casework and TUPE transfers. You will have the scope to get involved in project work, and be involved with friendly and supportive HR professionals.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 5 qualified, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Generalist position
  • Exposure to HR Project work.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work to your own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines.
