Overview

To highlight the sustainability journey in logistics, identify correct measures and highlight areas where GHG reduction opportunities arise. Grow the visualisation and awareness of sustainability within the Pep+ community and ensure all logistics and UK SC personnel aware of what changes we are making in sustainability alongside building an action plan and roadmap for future years

You will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team around data, where you will be responsible of collecting, formatting and updating data to highlight performance focus. You will work with process owners, product owners and peers to develop your own skill`s and give direction. This will provide you the correct visibility and understanding of criticality of your developments.

Responsibilities

GHG Reporting

  • In collaboration with the Transport manager & local sustainability team, maintain and update KPIs & dashboarding to report our transport GHG emissions.
  • Responsible for regular internal & external communication in collaboration with public affairs.
  • Work closely with Transformation and Transport COE to included GHG KPIs included in Transport Digitalization agenda.

Action plan Follow up

  • Follow-up with transport team all initiatives and lead some of them as project.
  • Support carriers & 3PL in their roadmap.
  • Develop GHG calculation toolkit to drive decision in our logistics projects.
  • Follow-up close the gap actions to reach our targets.
  • Highlight areas of opportunity to improve logistics GHG.
  • Deliver Sustainability projects in logistics.

Sustainability transport strategy

  • Work with the transport manager to develop a long term GHG reduction roadmap with a detailed action plan.
  • Collaborate with sector & local Sustainability team to build roadmap, align on targets & share best practices.
  • Support Transformation Office and contribute to design our future sites with a Net Zero “carbon free” approach.
  • Lead SRDC Local green team and attend wider Green Team meetings, including monthly comms.
  • Attend BU Pep+ Mtgs and sector sustainability reviews.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office 365 Experience essential – Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Ability to highlight trends in data sets.
  • Willingness to learn new skills (Power Bi knowledge, Project Management).
  • Sustainability must be a passion.

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • Work with wide range of stakeholders from E2E Supply Chain.
  • Work with sector sustainability team giving exposure to wider teams across the globe.
