Responsibilities
  • Use effective questioning to effectively establish client requirements and use your product knowledge to find the perfect accommodation and bespoke itinerary.
  • Maintain an efficient, professional, and friendly relationship with the client throughout the booking process.
  • Take responsibility for any problem solving in a professional and diplomatic manner, always looking to exceed expectations.
  • Proactively manage the progress from itineraries from initial quote through to bookings and repeat business.

Requirements
  • Interest, passion, and knowledge for Asia.
  • Travel sales experience preferred.
  • Positive and enthusiastic team player.
  • A keenness to develop a career within the travel industry.
