Job Description
As a Travel Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of call for existing and new customers that are about to go on their holidays. This is an exciting role and you will be responsible for dealing with a variety of queries from customers through inbound calls, webchat and email.
You would be working in a fast paced contact centre environment ensuring customers are happy and an outstanding service has been provided at all times.

No experience would be required but we are looking for the below

Excellent telephone manner
