Job Description

As a Travel Contact Centre Advisor you will be first point of contact for new and existing customers dealing with a wide range of queries regarding holidays ensuring an outstanding level of customer service whilst maximising sales opportunities.

The role will be predominately telephone based and will also involve speaking to customers over webchat and email.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally customer service experience this could be from hospitality or retail

Friendly and professional approach

Excellent on the telephone

Good Team Player

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Passionate about providing an excellent level of customer service and progressing a career within travel
