Travel consultant/Team PA

My client is a Private Bank in Mayfair is looking for a Team PA that has booked International travel as you will be responsible for looking after a Team of brokers, booking their International Travel.
  • Booking International Travel for a team of brokers
  • Distribution of incoming mail to the relevant colleague
  • Franking letters to be sent in the general post.
  • Receiving and forwarding on faxes to the relevant colleagues
  • Restaurant bookings, Bookings for colleagues and clients
  • Ordering stationery, kitchen supplies and Blackberry devices
  • Taking all incoming calls to the reception number
  • Client facing
  • Greeting clients
  • Offering and making tea, coffee and water
  • Meeting room management
  • Scheduling meetings
