Job description:

The role of a Travel Consultant is an exciting one! From long haul trips of a lifetime, to family friendly breaks, or even romantic getaways, your primary task is to create memories for your customers and make their dreams come true. We have an exciting opportunity for Travel Consultant to join our team at our Louth branch. Your working hours will be between Monday–Saturday, 9.00am–5.00pm.

As one of our Travel Consultants you will be working within a fun but fast paced and sales focused environment, where no two days are the same. Your role will include arranging flights, insurance, accommodation and those extras that ensure the holiday goes smoothly, as well as advising customers on travel arrangements, collecting and processing payments, and managing the customers’ holiday administration.

Candidate requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or relevant work experience in the travel industry. You must be able to offer exceptional customer service so your customers will want to keep coming back to you when they book their next holiday. Additionally, you must be able to sell effectively with the desire to meet and exceed targets and have great attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information.
