  • A competitive basic salary that ranges between £22k to £26k per annum
  • Working hours of 0900-1730 Mon-Sat (one day off during the week if working a Saturday)

Key duties in this role will include:

  • Ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • Handle all new bookings with administrative support at processing stage.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of all holidays.
  • Having prior knowledge to ensure customers are fully confident in your travel advice.

  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident in communicating verbally and via e-mail.
  • Strong team player.
  • Geographical knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

  • Ormskirk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
