We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. What will your responsibilities include?

• Weekly rotating shift of 0600-1400, 1400-2200 and 1000-1800
• Responsible for circa 80 home delivery Class 2 and 1 drivers
• To take fullresponsibility of the operation in all aspects to their authorised level displaying accountability via clear decision making
• To draw together multi-faceted aspects of the operation into one "cohesive" team capable of working under pressure to achieve demanding goals and targets.
• To ensurepro-active culture where the team are always looking ahead into the future to plan and prepare for future challenges

• Previous people management experience within an transport environment
• National and International CPC
• Working knowledge of transport systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, motivation and planning skills
