Position: Transport Administration Clerk
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Rotational, 6am - 2pm, 9am - 5pm & 12pm - 8pm

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Effective and Constructive communication and timely information provision with Vendors, Partners, Hauliers and colleagues
  • Delivery of successful customer and Service KPI’s within relevant SLA’s
  • Support and Deliver PTQ status within the agreed timeframes
  • Support and Deliver GMS and SHE reports within the agreed timeframes
  • To ensure that the Control Tower is complying and adhering to service level agreements both internally and with the thrid party suppliers. Responsible for escalating any non compliance and seeking a resolution where possible.

  • Experience of monitoring, communicating and liaising with hauliers, partners and vendors
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed and moving targets.
  • Creative problem solver
  • Team builder with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • 1 - 2 years experience in Transport Operations (Desirable)
  • Fluency in German (Desirable)
