We are looking for customer service admin/ transport admin person to support a small team based at Lutterworth Magna Park, with a possible relocation to Crick area in a few months. Position is on a temporary to permanent contract basis with prospect of becoming full time after 4-6 months . Shift pattern would be Monday - Friday (6:00/08:00am- 14:00/16:30), candidates must be flexible as shift pattern may change due to workload. Holiday and emergency coverage may also be required (including Saturdays);

  • Liaising with local dealerships, UK customer base and client outbases.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Escalating enquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Handling all incoming customer enquiries
  • Maintaining an accurate customer performance management database
  • Handling all inbound and outbound telephone calls for a business
  • Generating regular customers reports on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing internal and external communication
  • Operating various internal systems; from stock movement to fleet tracking
  • Dealing effectively with all customers enquires and conducting investigations

In terms of skills;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a small team
  • Clear communication skills and strong command of English language
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent IT skills and good Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts including Saturdays
  • Own transport (essential)
