Your Company An established Investment Management and Financial Services company based in West Sussex have partnered with the Network Professional team in their search for a Transaction Reporting Analyst on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract. The company in question provide investment management services for private clients, charities, pension funds and trusts. Working directly for individuals, including private investors, financial advisers, accountants, lawyers and tax consultants. The company also create bespoke investment solutions and model portfolios for financial advisers. The company have been investing on behalf of their clients for many years and they pride themselves on their ability to invest for the long term and to stay focused on client needs, regardless of occasional economic upheavals and short term market turbulence. Your Role & Responsibilities: Analysing the reporting exceptions and rejections specifically relating to historic data reported to the regulatory authorities Assisting with the current reconciliation project, which includes reviewing historic data Assisting in drafting remediation of reporting issues, including developing/improving processes that impact transaction reporting Remediation of exceptions by investigating, correcting and resubmitting erroneous reports What You Will Need to Apply To be considered for this role, applicants will have relevant financial services experience with a solid understanding of the regulatory environment. Applicants should have direct experience of transactional reporting or similar compliance reporting. Furthermore, they will possess strong Excel skills and be capable of carrying out tasks with high levels of accuracy and consistency. Whilst not essential, experience of Pulse systems and third part is highly desirable. Experience of using third party reporting tools, such as UnaVista, would also be advantageous. Finally applicants should possess an analytical mindset and possess strong numerate skills. What You Will Get in Return The company have enjoyed a period of excellent development and growth in demand for their services, hence the availability of the position on a 3 month basis, which is open to extension upon completion. Travel to the company location may be required initially, otherwise this is an entirely remote position, reporting to the Head of Dealing. With a pro-rata salary of up to £35,000 on offer, this position offers the successful applicant excellent flexibility and providing a fantastic addition to ones resume in terms of skillset and exposure.
