One of the leading companies in the UK which provides large scale Technical Industrial Services specialising in insulation, access, surface protection, passive fire protection, scaffolding and interior outfitting to the Energy, Pharmaceutical, Utilities, Nuclear, Heavy Engineering, Defence and Retail sectors. Several thousand highly skilled operators in a specialist area.

The Lean Process Management and Training role will take responsibility for its business area and function by managing the deployment of Lean Methodology and Tools, engaging with employees, to deliver sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, cost and EHS.

This role will be working with Key Stakeholders such as Divisional Directors, Contracts managers, Project Managers to train and them on the Lean Methodologies, driving behaviour change through to the introduction of new methodologies and routines, progressing towards Lean Practicioner through to Lean Master Certification.

You will need experience of people management, project management, Lean and /or six sigma and training individuals and teams in a workshop environment.

Degree in Engineering/Science or equivilent is an advantage.
